Every Employment Partner is individually ranked, and the firm is now looking to appoint a Senior Solicitor to support its continued growth. /n You will work directly alongside some of the region's most respected Employment Partners, with real scope to take ownership of your own client relationships and caseload. /n Your role will include: /n /n - Leading on contentious and non-contentious employment matters for employers and employees /n - Advising on employment issues in M&A, outsourcing and TUPE /n - Running Tribunal cases through to hearing, with advocacy where appropriate /n - Developing new client relationships and driving business development /n - Supervising and mentoring junior team members /n /n We are keen to speak with Solicitors who have: /n /n - 4+ years' PQE in an established, recognised Employment team /n - A track record of developing and retaining client relationships /n - The confidence to lead matters and supervise others /n - Excellent client care skills and commercial acumen /n /n Progression /n This is a firm that genuinely likes to promote from within, with a supportive partnership who invest in their people.
