Major law firm seeks to appoint an ambitious senior associate to join their market leading restructuring, corporate recovery and insolvency team.
Our client is a market leading UK law firm home to an exceptional restructuring practice. The team advises clients across diverse sectors, including renewable energy, real estate, pensions, retail & leisure, transport and the public sector, undertaking both domestic UK and cross-border work. The firm is R3, INSOL, INSOL Europe, ILA and TMA accredited.
The firm now seeks to appoint a senior associate (or equivalent) to join their Tier 1 Chambers ranked team in Bristol. Working in this friendly partner led team you will have exposure to broad ranging matters relating to corporate recovery, corporate insolvency, distressed lending, restructuring, company liquidation and administration as well as property related issues.
Supporting company directors, business owners and equity holders and companies dealing with financial issues, you will work with insolvency practitioners, asset based lenders, banks and administrators to provide bespoke, commercial solutions including advising on the acquisition or disposal of distressed companies and other corporate transactions and encompassing all manner of non-contentious insolvency related matters. The team is also able to provide expert contentious advice, working on complex insolvency related litigation matters.
You will have gained experience working in another recognised restructuring and insolvency practice and you may already be based in the South West or perhaps seeking a move to the region from London. You may be looking for a different pace of life in the West Country, but without compromising on the quality of work or professional opportunities open to you.
