New opportunity for a talented and ambitious Corporate Solicitor to join a large corporate in Reading. This is a senior quasi in-house role, ideally for someone 5 yrs PQE+.

You will have the opportunity to develop your breadth of Corporate experience, working alongside expert, market-leading lawyers on high profile, often complex transactions. The Corporate M&A practice is one of the largest in the market, and the client range is incredibly impressive.

The team work across a wide range of complex public/private mergers and acquisitions. The clients vary from multi-national corporates and financial institutions to early-stage businesses, partnerships, co-operative societies, and high net worth individuals and investors.
