Leading utility company that looks after key infrastructure to provide energy across across much of Southern England requires a property Litigation Lawyer. This is a hands-on and varied role where you will work with and interface with a variety of stakeholders from board members through to site operatives. The role is hybrid and requires an average of 2 days per week in the office with site visits counting as a day in the office. 4 days per week is also possible

Key responsibilities will include:
\\n\\n
- \\n\\t
- Providing prompt, effective, pragmatic and accurate legal advice on all aspects of litigation with property and utilities elements in order to limit the financial and legal risks to the company
- Advising the business on overbuilds, rights of access, property damage claims, breaches of property claims, breaches of property agreements and injunctions.
- Drafting and responding to letters before action.
- Dealing with complaints , debt claims, customer services and trespass notices
