Job Description Senior Employment Solicitor (4+ Years PQE)

Join a Legal 500 Top Tier regional law firm with an award-winning Employment team, known for strategic, commercially focused advice across the UK and internationally. Every Employment Partner is individually ranked, and the firm is now looking to appoint a Senior Solicitor to support its continued growth.
You will work directly alongside some of the region's most respected Employment Partners, with real scope to take ownership of your own client relationships and caseload.
Your role will include:
- Leading on contentious and non-contentious employment matters for employers and employees
- Advising on employment issues in M&A, outsourcing and TUPE
- Running Tribunal cases through to hearing, with advocacy where appropriate
- Developing new client relationships and driving business development
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members
We are keen to speak with Solicitors who have:
- 4+ years' PQE in an established, recognised Employment team
- A track record of developing and retaining client relationships
- The confidence to lead matters and supervise others
- Excellent client care skills and commercial acumen
