The Role
This is a ready-made role for an experienced planning lawyer to join a market-leading planning team, working with clients including national FTSE 250 and regional house builders. The interesting portfolio of work includes:
- major planning applications;
- planning enquiries on major developments;
- planning support on individual projects;
- major highways work;
- overseeing DCO, infrastructure and section 106 agreements.
About You
You may currently be an experienced planning lawyer in another law firm or an in-house or public sector planning lawyer interested in a move or return to private practice. You may be looking for a step-up in terms of responsibility, or to move from a more anonymous role elsewhere.
You are likely to have at least 3 years’ of relevant planning experience and be looking for an opportunity to bring your skills to bear in a progressive firm where you can really make a difference and in a role which will offer much in terms of career development.
