Excellent opening to suit a talented private client lawyer with this highly regarded firm based in the heart of the Cotswolds. Our client has an excellent reputation for private client services work, with long-standing recognition in the legal directories including the Chambers HNW Guide. The firm is also home to a very well-regarded and complementary contentious trusts and probate team.
The firm now seeks to strengthen its offering with the appointment of a talented Private Client Solicitor or Associate with ideally a minimum of 3 years+ PQE. Working in a close-knit, friendly, partner led team, you'll be advising on all aspects of private client matters including but not limited to wills, probate, estates administration, tax planning and trusts work.
You'll be acting on behalf of an established portfolio of private clients and their families, landowners / landed estates and rural sector clients, as well as entrepreneurs, business people and other wealthy individuals. The firm will provide an excellent range of non-contentious private client work, clear opportunities within the team for you to progress and a supportive and flexible environment where people are genuinely recognised and rewarded. Flexible / hybrid working offered.
