This major national firm seeks a commercial real estate solicitor to join their successful team based in Southampton.

The firm is looking for a talented commercial property / real estate solicitor with 1 year+ PQE to handle broad ranging matters including some or all of commercial acquisitions, disposals, development, investment property, landlord & tenant and asset management work.
Working as part of a national real estate group, but with a strong commitment to servicing the South Coast market, you'll advise commercial developers, investors, owner occupiers and companies with substantial property interests on diverse and challenging work drawn from the local region and from further afield.
