Non-Contentious Construction Associate 3 years+ Top Flight FirmBristol Superb new opportunity for a talented construction associate to join this outstanding construction law team in Bristol.Our client is a top firm, rightly signposted as one of the market leading “employers of choice” in the UK regional market.The firm seeks to appoint a construction lawyer to join their successful team based in Bristol. The team works on a range of national and international construction projects for large scale clients operating across varied sectors including retail, mixed-use development, transport, waste and energy/renewables .Applications are invited from UK qualified construction solicitors who have trained and qualified with another top national or international practice, have at least 2-3 years PQE, and have experience of non-contentious construction work (or a mix of contentious and advisory work.) With an excellent platform to focus on high quality non contentious and infrastructure work, you’ll ideally be familiar with most forms of contract including NEC, JCT and FIDIC with strong drafting and communication skills. Sitting amongst the most well-regarded construction specialist teams in the South West, the department is led by a number of significant individuals. The firm benefits from a throughput of very high quality work, covering the full suite of construction matters, undertaken on behalf of clients with UK and international interests and is a flexible open employer offering market leading remuneration and opportunities for progression.
