Superb new opportunity for a talented construction associate to join this outstanding construction law team in Southampton. Our client is a top firm, rightly signposted as one of the market leading "employers of choice" in the UK regional market.
The firm seeks to appoint a construction lawyer to join their successful team based in Southampton dealing with City quality work. The team works on a range of national and international construction projects for large scale clients operating across varied sectors including retail, mixed-use development, transport, waste and energy/renewables.
Applications are invited from UK qualified construction solicitors who have trained and qualified with another top national or international practice, have at least 1-3 years PQE, and have experience of non-contentious construction work (or a mix of contentious and advisory work). With an excellent platform to focus on high quality non-contentious and infrastructure work, you'll ideally be familiar with most forms of contract including NEC, JCT and FIDIC with strong drafting and communication skills.
