Leading UK law firm with a tier 1 rated Development team is seeking an experienced residential development associate looking for a platform to elevate their career. This role offers the opportunity to join a prestigious tier 1 team with exceptional training from market leaders in their field.

The firm is a full-service commercial entity with clarity of vision and purpose. It has grown organically by bringing in talented individuals as well as developing its own rising stars, resulting in a successful mix of home-grown lawyers and external hires.

This position is within the firm’s specialist development practice, assisting the Partners on market leading work. You will be mentored by experienced Partners, allowing you to progress in your career with the right guidance and support. The department operates on an advisory “business partnering” basis with national, regional, and smaller developer clients across a range of development matters (residential, commercial, and mixed use).

The team is highly specialist, with several individuals ranked on L500 and Chambers for development and real estate. The specialist development team works alongside the firm’s real estate offering, which is a core part of the business and one of the most successful departments.

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious development lawyer, who may have a range of sector exposure and/or an array of transactional experience. What is key here is your passion and ambition to play a key role in the development of the practice and your own career. An excellent package and hybrid working arrangements are on offer.
