A top-tier international firm is growing its Real Estate Finance team in Southampton. The team offers City-quality work, genuine core-hours culture, and excellent progression — including a junior lawyer we placed who has already progressed into a Senior Associate role.
- Associate (NQ–5 PQE): Open to candidates with mixed commercial property and real estate finance experience. You’ll support on acquisition, development and refinancing deals, draft loan/security documents, and work with major lenders and investors.
- Senior Associate (5 PQE): Requires a strong real estate finance focus. You’ll run your own matters, negotiate complex documents, help oversee juniors and play a key role in client relationships.
