  • IP considerations within wider commercial transactions
  • Clients span technology, software, manufacturing, retail and other consumer-facing sectors, offering genuine variety alongside increasing exposure to cross-border work.

About You

  • 3-7 years' relevant PQE, gained at a Legal 500/Chambers-ranked firm or a high-quality in-house team
  • Strong, well-rounded commercial law knowledge across a broad portfolio of contracts
  • Experience in IP (or a clear desire to develop expertise within it), including protection, licensing or IP aspects of transactions
  • The ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively across teams
  • Strong client-facing skills and a proactive, commercially-focused mindset
