Your Role
- Advising on employment matters for high-profile respondent clients, including drafting employment terms and managing workplace discrimination issues
- Supporting corporate, commercial, and real estate transactions, including business transfers and outsourcings
- Handling employment litigation across tribunals, civil courts, and appeal courts
- Advising on collective matters such as redundancies, restructuring, TUPE, and industrial relations
- Conducting investigations, including regulatory and internal reviews
- Assisting with strategic advisory projects, including compliance with legal developments
About You
- Extensive experience in employment law, ideally gained at a leading or recognised firm
- Proven ability to advise commercial clients across a range of employment matters
- Strong technical skills, with confidence managing complex legal work
