Top flight Guildford based firm has a new opening to suit an experienced senior associate to join their stellar corporate team.
Our client has a leading reputation for corporate law and is home to a large ad successful team which handles corporate transactional work of the highest order.
Focusing on high value corporate M&A, private equity, capital markets, VCT and financing work, the team acts for PLCs, large scale owner managed businesses, partnerships and start-ups in a range of sectors including retail, technology, energy and financial services.
The firm is keen to appoint an experienced senior associate with experience of handling M&A and or private equity transactions. This role would suit a lawyer already practicing in Surrey and/or an individual with plans to relocate to the Surrey from the City.
With proven experience as a corporate lawyer gained in another recognised corporate firm, you will have proven technical skills in corporate transactional work – this could be M&A, private equity, capital markets or a mix. You'll enjoy building strong relationships with key clients and in this role you will be encouraged to do so.
