Corporate Senior Associate Top Tier Firm, Bristol £100,000 Top flight Bristol firm has a new opening to suit an experienced senior associate to join their stellar corporate team. Our client has a leading reputation for corporate law and is home to a large ad successful team which handles corporate transactional work of the highest order. Focusing on high value corporate M&A, private equity, capital markets, VCT and financing work, the team acts for PLCs, large scale owner managed businesses, partnerships and start-ups in a range of sectors including retail, technology, energy and financial services. The firm is keen to appoint an experienced senior associate with experience of handling M&A and or private equity transactions. This role would suit a lawyer already practicing in Bristol and/or an individual with plans to relocate to the South West. With proven experience as a corporate lawyer gained in another recognised corporate firm, you will have proven technical skills in corporate transactional work – this could be M&A, private equity, capital markets or a mix. You’ll enjoy building strong relationships with key clients and in this role you will be encouraged to do so. This is an exciting role offering exceptional quality work for top clients, flexibility (hybrid working) as well as a well structured career development plan, including a route to Legal Director and beyond, as well as a rewards structure which sits at the top of the market.
