An excellent opening for a corporate partner to join the Milton Keynes office of this innovative and forward moving law firm. Our client is a fast growing, profitable and ambitious firm with a strong reputation for advising on punchy mid-market corporate deals.
Home to a team which handles high quality transactional work including high value corporate M&A, private equity and financing work on behalf of major listed businesses, PLCs, owner managed businesses, partnerships and start-ups in a range of sectors including retail and leisure, IT, real estate and manufacturing.
In line with the firm's strategic plan for growth in Milton Keynes and the wider East Midlands / South East region, the firm is keen to appoint a corporate partner. As an experienced corporate dealmaker, you'll bring proven technical skills including a solid track record of leading on good sized transactions including M&A and/or private equity.
You'll have demonstrable business development and client management skills with an appetite to work well within an entrepreneurial and well integrated team unit. The ability to help drive incremental growth in the corporate team would be of particular interest to the firm's management team.
This is a key role offering a strong partnership platform, high levels of autonomy and client focus as well as an excellent competitive rewards structure.
