Our client is a robust and well-managed law firm, home to a strong corporate M&A practice serving clients from start ups and partnerships to larger listed businesses on a range of interesting transactions. This firm is characterised by its supportive, \”people first\” culture.
The Role:
In line with the firm's strategic business plan, the firm is keen to appoint a corporate legal director or partner to join their busy M&A group in a ready made, budgeted partner role. This opportunity would suit an existing corporate partner already practising in a mid-market London or SE firm and/or you may be someone with a recognised commercial firm and plans to relocate to London. The firm would be particularly keen to speak to experienced corporate lawyers at Senior / Principal Associate or Legal Director level or equivalent who are looking for a first partnership level opportunity.
You:
As an experienced corporate dealmaker, you'll bring proven technical skills including a solid track record of leading on good sized M&A transactions. Experience in the real estate sector would be an advantage. You'll have demonstrable networking, marketing and business development skills as well as the ability to build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
This is a key long-term role offering a strong partnership platform, high levels of autonomy and client focus as well as a well defined and proven support framework to allow you to transition into a successful partnership position with the firm.
