We are instructed on behalf of a leading law firm in Bristol seeking to appoint an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor (4 years PQE) to join its established and highly regarded Real Estate Disputes team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of high-quality property litigation matters, advising a diverse client base including commercial landlords and tenants, developers, investors, property management companies, and private clients. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing complex matters, supporting business development initiatives, and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of property litigation matters with appropriate autonomy
- Advising on a wide range of disputes including:
- Commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes
- Possession proceedings and forfeiture matters
- Dilapidations claims
- Easements, rights of way, and boundary disputes
- Lease renewals and termination matters
- Trespass, nuisance, and restrictive covenant issues
