A leading firm in the South West with a strong reputation in the agriculture and rural sector is seeking an experienced Agricultural Property Associate to join its market-leading team in Bristol. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside specialist partners advising a long-established client base of landowners, farmers, and rural enterprises.

  • Advising on rural land transactions including sales, purchases, and lettings
  • Handling secured lending instructions on agricultural property
  • Advising on tenancy matters under the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 and Agricultural Tenancies Act 1995
  • Supporting clients on complex tenancy restructuring, including surrender and re-grants to enable strategic land projects
  • Working closely with clients on long-term property and estate planning matters

At least 3 years’ PQE in property law, with experience in agricultural, residential, or commercial property.

Specific interest in or experience with rural and agricultural law.

Experience gained at a recognised firm with exposure to rural or land-based clients.
