With established Corporate and Real Estate teams across its offices, the firm has a strong platform from which to grow its Banking & Finance offering.

The team already advises on a range of banking transactions, acting for both lenders and borrowers. Real estate finance is a particular strength, covering the acquisition and development of property assets and the refinancing of existing portfolios.

But there is significant scope to do more.
