Excellent opening for an experienced Contentious Probate Director / Partner with this highly regarded West Midlands firm. Our client is keen to invest in its successful private client litigation offering and now seeks to appoint a Partner or aspiring Partner.
In this role, you'll be working in a close knit team, delivering first-class service and really enjoying what you do. You'll feel comfortable advising on a broad range of CTAP matters including all types of inheritance disputes including applications contesting the validity of wills, applications to remove Executors, claims for reasonable financial provision under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 and the rectification of Wills and breach of trust claims as well as contentious Court of Protection applications.
You may be a senior associate or equivalent (likely 6 years+ PQE in contentious probate work) and looking for a first partnership role or perhaps you are already a partner looking for something different?
