Are you an experienced commercial litigator ready to take the next step in your career? This is a great opportunity to join a growing, well-respected team at a Top 100 firm, offering high-quality work, genuine flexibility, and clear progression. As demand for the team’s disputes work continues to increase, we’re looking for a Senior or Principal Associate to join us. You’ll be part of a collaborative, close-knit team working across a wide range of complex and engaging commercial disputes.
What you’ll be working on:
- You’ll act for a broad client base including SMEs, owner-managed businesses, PLCs, and national corporates. The work is varied and includes:
- Shareholder and partnership disputes
- Commercial contract and IT/IP contract litigation
- Restrictive covenant enforcement
- Sale of goods and supply of services disputes
- Defamation claims
- Warranty, indemnity, and consumer claims
You’ll be trusted from the outset with quality work and client relationships, with the autonomy to lead on matters and contribute meaningfully to the team.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years’ PQE in commercial litigation
- Experience across a broad range of commercial disputes
