Excited to be working on this fantastic new opportunity for an ambitious Banking & Finance lawyer, here in the Guildford market.
This is a chance to develop your experience and progress your career working at the very top of the market, working as a key member of a very dynamic and collaborative team. You will have the opportunity to work on transactions both on the lender and borrower side, offering a bespoke premium service. It is about both your technical expertise and your commercial instincts.
You’ll benefit from exposure to a full breadth of work opportunities, managing high value syndicated finance and smaller bilateral deals with international and domestic elements including :
– acquisition finance
– real estate finance
– asset based lending transactions
– trade finance
– supporting the firm’s Corporate team on MBO’s and PE work
– supporting the firm’s R&I team on restructurings
