An excellent new opening for an ambitious agricultural property associate to join the market leading ARA practice of this outstanding Bristol firm.
Our client is a stellar name in the Bristol market with an exceptional reputation for its work in the Agriculture and Rural sector.
Working with experienced, specialist Agriculture Partners, you'll be advising a range of clients including farmers, agricultural land owners and other rural clients on a range of property related matters. Typically, this might involve handling rural land sales, purchases, lettings and lending instructions and agricultural tenancy matters under the Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 and Agricultural Tenancies Act 1995. The team also advises clients on complex restructuring work (including the surrender and re-grant of tenancies to facilitate strategic land projects.)
Previous experience of working in the rural sector would be a distinct advantage, with a strong background in transactional residential or commercial property and the ability to demonstrate a specific interest in or grounding in rural affairs. You are likely to have at least 3 years PQE (as a guide) although applications are welcomed from agricultural lawyers who feel they have the requisite experience.
