A highly regarded premium law firm based in West Sussex (other offices across the South East including London) is seeking a Real Estate Associate or Senior Associate (4 yrs PQE+) to join its successful, L500/Chambers ranked team.

Renowned for its strength in handling large real estate transactions, the firm is home to a collaborative, team-focused culture led by approachable and experienced partners. The role would suit an experienced Associate looking for an outstanding platform to progress or an existing senior associate looking for an unmatched working environment.

This exciting role involves handling a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including:

  • Commercial acquisitions
  • Disposals
  • Development work
  • Landlord and tenant issues
  • Asset management

You will have great support, working directly with a Partner and ample scope to cut your teeth on some really interesting projects. You'll be working alongside a talented group of real estate specialists, advising a diverse client base of developers, investors, owner-occupiers, and businesses on high-quality, varied work from across the West Sussex region and beyond (including plenty of City based work).
