About the Role

To strengthen capability and as part of a wider strategic initiative to enhance the firm's real estate practice in the Midlands, the firm seeks to appoint a Partner with development experience to help drive their property group.

Responsibilities

  • Advise clients including commercial developers, funders and investors on development, acquisition, disposal and strategic land acquisition work.
  • Develop client relationships to unlock new business and leverage existing opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor a small team of excellent lawyers.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a partner or legal director in a recognised law firm.
  • Qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales.

Required Skills

  • Strong broad Real Estate and/or Commercial Development experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
