Job Description

***NEW EXCLUSIVE ROLE NQ – 3 yrs pqe Defendant Clinical Negligence Associate.

London with Flex hybrid

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor or Associate to join one of the country's foremost defendant Clin Neg and Healthcare teams – you will be given unrivalled support and training, working alongside Chambers' rated lawyers, handing work of the utmost sensitivity, value, complexity and importance. This is an excellent opportunity for an NQ wanting to start their career off at one the leading players in the market, or for a more experienced Solicitor or Associate wanting to progress their career towards promotion.

Their reputation as being caring towards their staff is well-known, and a strong ethos of theirs. Many say this firm has a family feel – it's the Clin Neg team everyone wants to join, and their retention rate is the highest in the market. They have a personal touch that others lack, such that they genuinely care for their team members, and ensure there is a proper work/life balance, with sensible hours. You will not see ridiculous targets and goalposts being moved, as they are in some of the other defendant firms.

This new role has come about through expansion, as the work has continued to flow in at a steady rate over many years. This is a financially robust firm, and they reward their lawyers very well.

Much of their work is high value, complex, and often nationally reported. You will be working both on your own complex caseload, as well as assisting partners.

You will be continually trained to the highest standard, such that lawyers from this firm are deemed some of the most valuable in the defendant Healthcare market. Their lawyers have joined from similarly top rated teams, as well as smaller firms – with one thing in common…. they all love their work.
