The role sits within a Chambers and Legal 500-ranked employment practice handling boardroom-level executive advisory, complex workforce issues, and cross-border matters across the UK, Europe, Middle East, and Asia.
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 1 to 3 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) as an Employment Solicitor.
- Background: Proven background in handling broad employment law matters in a reputable legal practice.
- Skills: Strong analytical, advisory, and litigation capabilities with an ambitious and collaborative approach.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Handling tribunal litigation, discrimination cases, whistleblowing claims, and workplace investigations.
- Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, restrictive covenants, and handling TUPE, restructuring, and redundancies.
- Providing strategic executive advisory and handling international employment matters for listed multinationals, retail, hospitality, and food & beverage leaders.
