Structural change and succession planning means our client, a highly regarded and well-established multi-office law firm, is now looking for a senior lawyer to take on the lead role in their employment team.

You will have the opportunity to take over existing work for both employers and senior employees and, working with the support of a friendly team of like-minded individuals, assist with the strategic growth of our client’s practice offering.

This role could suit an ambitious client-facing senior or managing associate seeking career progression headroom and more responsibility – and the prospect of immediate or rapid promotion. Alternatively, you may already be a partner at another firm looking for a refreshing cultural change and/or a new challenge.

Whichever the case, you will have the opportunity to shine and enjoy working in an empowering, collegiate and supportive culture.
