This leading firm based in Surrey has an exciting opening for an experienced Contentious Trusts & Probate lawyer to join their Tier 1 ranked team.
Our client is financially robust, well respected and progressively minded with an exciting 2026 in prospect. Seeking to bolster their highly regarded contentious trusts, probate and private client litigation offering, the firm is now looking for an experienced associate (1‑6 yrs PQE) working closely with a well‑known Partner in the region.
The firm’s CTP team advises clients on a broad range of matters including all types of inheritance disputes—applications contesting the validity of wills, applications to remove Executors, claims for reasonable financial provision under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependents) Act 1975, rectification of Wills, breach of trust claims, and contentious Court of Protection applications.
With ideally a minimum of 1 year PQE (applications are welcomed from lawyers with less or more experience), you will act on behalf of an established client base of private individuals, families, landed clients and national charities. An ACTAPS qualification would be welcomed, although the firm will support anyone wishing to achieve this qualification.
