Our client is a high quality large regional law firm with offices on the Hampshire/Surrey border. The property team has an exceptional reputation for high quality low volume conveyancing work.
The firm now seeks to appoint a residential conveyancing lawyer, ideally with ca. 2 years experience or more in handling a caseload of high value residential property matters, although those with more or less experience are encouraged to apply.
You will handle residential sales, purchases and remortgage work relating to freehold and leasehold properties of mid to high value up to £50m in a supportive and team led environment.
