You’ll join a very together and energised team of employment specialists. Broad mix of high-quality employment matters advising a broad range of blue-chip clients across multiple sectors, including internationally.
You can expect to be providing:
• day-to-day employment advice;
• corporate, commercial and real estate transactions, business transfers and outsourcings;
• employment tribunal, civil court and appeal litigation;
• collective matters such as restructuring/redundancies, integration and TUPE, and industrial relations;
• investigations (including regulatory investigations); and
• strategic projects such as compliance with new legal requirements.
