Opportunity
You will inherit and further develop an established private client offering advising on:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Trusts and tax planning
- Inheritance tax matters
- LPAs and Court of Protection work
- High-net-worth private client matters
- Family wealth preservation and succession planning
There is significant scope to influence the future direction of the department, support junior lawyers and contribute to wider business development initiatives.
Candidate Profile
We are keen to speak with:
- Existing Partners
- Senior Associates seeking first-time partnership
- Legal Directors / Heads of Department
- Experienced Private Client Solicitors with leadership ambitions
You will ideally demonstrate:
- Strong technical private client expertise
- Experience managing HNW and multi-generational clients
- Commercial awareness and relationship-building capability
- Team leadership experience
- STEP qualification advantageous, though not essential
- Interest in long-term succession and practice development
