Corporate Associate or Senior Associate

West London
****National firm has a new opening to suit an experienced corporate associate to join their successful team in West London****
Impressive opportunity to work alongside two corporate partners (as part of a larger team) with a stellar range of clients and work. This role has particularly strong progression opportunities for an existing Associate or ambitious senior associate.
Focusing on corporate M&A, PE, corporate advisory and financing work, the team acts for a range of clients including PLCs, large scale owner managed businesses, partnerships and start-ups. The deals vary from £10m up to £120m in value.
The firm is keen to appoint an experienced associate with experience of handling M&A and other corporate transactions. This role would suit a lawyer already practicing in West London or surrounds and/or an individual with plans to relocate nearby.
With proven experience as a corporate lawyer gained in another recognised corporate firm, you will enjoy building strong relationships with clients and working on quality, complex and high value transactions.
