Excellent opening for an experienced Contentious Probate Director / Partner with this highly regarded West Midlands firm. Our client is keen to invest in its successful private client litigation offering and now seeks to appoint a Partner or aspiring Partner.

In this role, you'll be working in a close knit team, delivering first-class service and really enjoying what you do. You'll feel comfortable advising on a broad range of CTAP matters including:

  • All types of inheritance disputes
  • Applications contesting the validity of wills
  • Applications to remove Executors
  • Claims for reasonable financial provision under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975
  • Rectification of Wills
  • Breach of trust claims
  • Contentious Court of Protection applications

You may be a senior associate or equivalent (likely 6 years+ PQE in contentious probate work) and looking for a first partnership role or perhaps you are already a partner looking for something different?
