This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a senior role within one of the most highly regarded Clinical Negligence teams in the country. Market leaders, they are renowned for the quality of their work, their national profile, their awards for being a great place to work, and their approach to securing the very best for their clients. They are not one of the 'factory' type firms though, and combine these attributes with a family feel and personal approach to every person that works there, whatever their level.
They are now looking for an experienced lawyer who wants to work within the leadership team, and work alongside a HOD based in another office - you will be HOD in this office, and will buddy up, jointly reporting into the national HOD. It's a role that will combine leadership, management, BD and fee earning - you will work upon a small manageable caseload of high value complex work, ensuring you maintain fee earning skills.
Rated in all directories, you will work alongside lawyers who are known for this work, with a reputation as being one of the most well-liked teams in their field. There is plenty of support, so if you haven't been in a HOD role before, you'll be guided and mentored so you can develop skills.
Work is claimant based, but those from either just Claimant or just Defendant backgrounds will be of interest - what matters most to this team is that you have a passion for this work, and are keen to be part of a true team.
