This new role is a standout opportunity for an experienced Corporate Senior Associate or Legal Director to join a highly regarded commercial law firm that continues to achieve sustained growth year after year.

Working alongside recognised experts, you will advise an impressive client base spanning major corporates, investors, management teams, public sector organisations, housing providers, and fast-growing businesses. The work is varied, complex and commercially focused, covering a quality diet of M&A, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and reorganisations, corporate governance and private equity / investment transactions.

In addition to utilising your technical skills, you'll play a key part in shaping client relationships, supporting and mentoring junior lawyers, and contributing to the continued growth of a thriving national practice.

What the firm is looking for:

  • Ideally at least 7+ years' PQE in corporate law gained at a recognised corporate firm
  • Strong experience across M&A, disposals, joint ventures, restructurings and governance matters
  • Commercially astute with a pragmatic, solution-focused approach
  • Experience supervising and developing junior lawyers
  • Enthusiasm for business development and building client relationships
  • A collaborative, positive and personable style
