Motus Commercials located in Swindon is on the lookout for a dedicated Parts Advisor Team Leader to join our friendly team providing exceptional levels of service to our customers. The position will see you working:

5 days per week Monday to Friday 8.30am – 17.00pm

Bonus – £150 – £200 per month dependant on targets

As a Parts Sales Team Leader atMotus Commercials in Swindon we will be looking for you to be able to demonstrate:

• High level of customer service skills

• Brilliant levels of communication written and verbal

Main duties will be:

We require a Parts Department Team Leader who can oversee the parts department to ensure a thorough service to our customers internally and externally and to ensure our automotive customers vehicles are back on road within the shortest time possible.

• To supervise and maintain the smooth running of the department.

• To supervise the ‘Goods In’ facility.

• To ensure all relevant paperwork is filled in correctly.

• Monitor and report on all Warranty and R&M parts returned.

• To carry out spot checks on Parts delivery vehicles to ensure cleanliness and safety.
