Motus Commercials located in Gloucester is on the lookout for a dedicated Apprentice Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly team in the Service department. This exciting new role will see you working:
5 days per week Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 16.30pm
Salary - £8.00 Per Hour

What Will You Be Doing?
- 1. Providing exceptional customer service using various forms of communication
- 2. Dealing with customer queries
- 3. Assist with the daily planning of vehicles in the workshop
- 4. Liaise with the workshop to monitor vehicle progress
- 5. Scheduling services required for customers.
- 6. To understand key performance targets and support your colleagues and team to achieve them
- 7. To embrace all opportunities of learning and developing
- 8. To enjoy your time as a Brilliant Colleague within Motus Commercials
As an Apprentice Customer Service Advisor at Motus Commercials in Gloucester we will be looking for you to be able to demonstrate:
- An interest in motor vehicles is desirable.
- Enthusiasm, commitment, and confidence.
- Being highly motivated with an eye for detail.
- Driven by your own initiative
- An excellent communicator with the ability to maintain positive relationships.
- Minimum grade C / 5 in English and Maths is preferred.
