Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am - 17.00pm Alternate Saturdays 8.00am - 12.00pm
Job share/Part time positions also available
Salary: £38,220
What will you be doing
- Loading/unloading test weights using a Forklift/Pallet truck for break testing - training available
- Presenting vehicles for MOT testing
- Collection and delivery of customers vehicles
- Keeping the workshop/Yard clean, tidy and safe at all times
- Maintaining organised truck parking in the yard
- Steam Clean vehicles for MOT testing
- Banksman duties - training available
- Minor site repairs where possible
- Assisting Technicians where required
What are we looking for
- HGV Class 1 Licence - desirable not essential
- Brilliant levels of communication written and verbal
- Knowledge of local area
- Forklift licence an advantage (training can be provided)
- Experience in a workshop or automotive environment preferred
- Strong attention to Health & Safety
