The IT OT Support Engineer is responsible for the configuration and maintenance for the IT Infrastructure and IT Applications deployed. They will coordinate with Global teams as needed to enable this support at site. The Site IT OT Support Engineer will also support the IT requirements for ITOT automation projects.
Job Purpose
To provide technical support and maintain IT OT systems in compliance with guidelines and regulations, and company validation standards. Ensure high availability of critical systems supporting manufacturing, laboratory, and quality operations.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide IT OT support for qualifications aligned with defined strategies (including GMP environments), on IT OT systems.
- Laboratory support.
- Implementation of IT hardware solutions and related infrastructure.
- Troubleshooting and research for analytical software applications and laboratory PC systems (level 2/3), and manufacturing equipment.
- User administration and support for new tool deployments.
- Regular liaison and collaboration with application and solution providers.
- Assist in IQ/OQ/PQ documentation and execution for new OT systems.
- Maintain system lifecycle documentation.
- Ensure data integrity for regulated systems.
- Implement and revise SOPs to conform with standards and policies.
- Support Patching.
Italian, Spanish or German is desirable, as the position is in an international environment.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles.
