Following our recent acquisition by the Motul Group, MotulTech/Chem Arrow is a global manufacturer and supplier of specialist metal process oils, surface treatment fluids and industrial lubricants to the manufacturing industry — offering our customers a complete package of products, services, concepts and technical support, backed by heavy investment in building a truly international organisation.

YOUR TASKS:

  • Responsibility for sales of CHEMARROW and MOTUL industrial lubricants and services across the East Midlands territory
  • Growing revenue year on year through proactive, targeted sales
  • Identifying and actively developing prospective distributors and customers
  • Offering technical support to both new and existing customers throughout the territory
  • Developing strong relationships to build long-term customer/supplier partnerships
  • Managing all areas of the sales cycle to increase revenue within the territory
  • Working closely with our service team and laboratories to fully support our customer base
  • Liaising with our customer support team to prepare technical proposals and quotations
  • Ensuring all information is recorded on our bespoke CRM system

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Previous role in Mechanical Engineering or Technical Sales within an industrial environment
  • Experience in both direct and in-direct B2B routes to market
  • Good written and verbal communication skills — the role involves a high degree of customer contact
  • Energy, enthusiasm and self-motivation to meet personal and company goals
  • An ability to take ownership of tasks and problems through to a conclusion
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and a positive attitude
  • Self-motivation and the discipline to work alone out in the field as well as part of our expanding UK team
  • A driven, well-presented and professional approach to customers and colleagues
  • A full UK driving licence with at least 5 years’ experience
