We are seeking a candidate to support the Buildings Health division sector technical team in expanding healthcare projects across the UK and Europe. This role involves business development and technical leadership in delivering healthcare sector projects, including bid activities and client relationship management, with a focus on site decarbonisation, system replacement, MMC/DfMA design solutions, and structural adaptation.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, capable of delivering high-quality technical advisory services independently, and will support our healthcare sector team known for successful project delivery and technical excellence.

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing all aspects of assigned healthcare sector projects.
- Supporting and mentoring project delivery teams on technical matters.
- Liaising with engineering disciplines during bidding and delivery phases.

- Supporting senior managers with commercial and contractual aspects.
The role involves managing multiple projects, working autonomously, and potentially supervising others, with a focus on MEP engineering design and some structural strategic input.
