About The RoleWe’re looking for an experienced, impact-driven Product Manager to join our growing AI Solutions team. This role is a rare opportunity to help shape how AI is applied, responsibly and at scale, across a global engineering, consulting and design business. You will lead the development and scaling of AI-enabled products that improve delivery quality, decision-making and productivity. You will partner with data scientists, engineers, designers and domain experts to ship valuable products and, as you grow, take end-to-end ownership of a product portfolio.
What You’ll Do- Product strategy & vision: Support the definition of product strategies for a wide range of AI initiatives across the company. Help shape roadmaps that balance innovation, feasibility, and business impact.
- Discovery & validation: Lead user research, stakeholder interviews, and rapid validation efforts to understand needs and uncover opportunities for AI application.
- Delivery leadership: Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, designers, and domain experts to ship valuable AI-enabled products and features.
- Prioritisation & planning: Help manage backlogs, define success metrics, and maintain momentum across agile delivery cycles.
- Scaling ownership: Take increasing ownership of specific AI solutions, driving their vision, delivery, and adoption independently.
- Ethical & responsible AI: Champion Responsible AI and our AI governance framework in every product decision.
- Product management experience delivering digital products end-to-end (B2B/enterprise preferred but not essential).
- Proven track record of delivering digital products from discovery through to launch and iteration.
- Experience working with technical teams (data/ML/analytics) and shipping AI-enabled features.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to bring stakeholders on the journey and explain complex ideas simply.
- Curiosity and comfort in exploring emerging technologies, familiarity with modern AI product patterns (e.g., retrieval + grounding, evaluation, guardrails, LLMOps) and tools.
- Be at the forefront of AI transformation in a mission-driven, risk-aware organisation.
- Work on meaningful real-world problems with tangible impact.
