We are currently expanding our energy sector team and looking to recruit for a Project Leader within our developing Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) team. As a Project Leader you will lead the design phase of projects in a fast-moving sector which is rapidly expanding as part of our national transition to a Net Zero energy system. You’ll be based in either our Leeds or London (Fleet Place) offices, but will also visit our other offices to meet with specialist engineers and spend time on our construction sites to see your designs becoming reality. This role combines elements of both traditional Project Management and Design Engineering, creating a unique work environment where you can thrive personally and professionally, accelerating your journey to chartership or developing your cross-discipline expertise. The role of a Project Leader includes: Working as part of a “project triangle” alongside a Site Manager and Quantity Surveyor to ensure that technical, constructability and commercial aspects of project delivery are considered throughout.
