Responsibilities
- Support capture planning and pursue client‑focused solutions with unit teams.
- Lead proposal governance, ensuring best‑practice processes are embedded across diverse pursuits.
- Manage proposal team performance and delivery, escalating issues proactively.
- Own the creation of compelling responses, from storyboarding to final drafting and review.
- Contribute to the regional win community by sharing best practice and driving improvement initiatives.
Candidate Specification
Essential
- Experience managing bids within the infrastructure sector.
- Understanding of public and sector procurement processes.
- Proven ability to implement bid planning, management and control techniques.
- Strong collaborative skills and capability to build relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, producing high‑quality deliverables.

- APMP qualification or membership (preferably at foundation level).
