  • Support capture planning and pursue client‑focused solutions with unit teams.

  • Manage proposal team performance and delivery, escalating issues proactively.
  • Own the creation of compelling responses, from storyboarding to final drafting and review.

  • Experience managing bids within the infrastructure sector.
