Mott MacDonald strives to build processes and policies that ensure a consistent and fair approach to reward across the group. The Group Reward Analyst will help deliver global reward processes and key projects as part of the group reward strategy.

  • Supporting cyclical group reward activities (salary, bonus reviews and share scheme)
  • Conducting compensation and benefits benchmarking and analysis
  • Making salary and benefit survey submissions to support global benchmarking
  • Developing and maintaining salary structures
  • Experience of drafting guidance and comms materials
  • Creating complex data models and interrogating data
  • Providing compensation insights and analytics to key stakeholders
  • Providing administration of some group reward schemes
  • Assisting with development of job architecture framework
  • Providing support on a range of ad-hoc reward projects

Candidate Specification

  • Advanced proficiency with Excel skills with the ability to analyse data and evaluate information from multiple sources.
  • Experience using HRIS systems to conduct cyclical reward activities (SAP experience desirable).
  • Detail orientated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience of drafting reward documentation and communication materials.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team and manage own workload, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with compensation surveys and job evaluation (Aon/Mercer/WTW etc).
  • Experience of working in matrix organisations preferred.
  • Global compensation experience preferred.
  • Able to build relationships with key stakeholders and partner with the business.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex information (verbal and written).
  • Ability to research reward topics, formulate conclusions and communicate findings.
