- Contribute to the functional design of building services, ensuring they are efficient, cost-effective, comfortable, inclusive, and inspiring.
- Design and develop lighting, power, fire detection, and security systems.

Candidate Specification & Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree (obtained no earlier than 2024) or expected to achieve one in one of the following disciplines:
- Building Services Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Energy and Building Services Engineering
- Engineering & Architectural Design
- Less than 12 months of relevant experience (excluding placements).
- Eligible for security clearance – normally requires UK British nationality or residency in the UK for five years or more.
- Demonstrated strengths in:
- Initiative and independent task completion.
- Effective communication with clients and colleagues.
- High-quality written work with strong attention to detail.
- Structured and analytical problem-solving approach.
