  • Contribute to the functional design of building services, ensuring they are efficient, cost-effective, comfortable, inclusive, and inspiring.
  • Design and develop lighting, power, fire detection, and security systems.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on high-impact projects across sectors such as defence, transport, energy, healthcare, and residential.

Candidate Specification & Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (obtained no earlier than 2024) or expected to achieve one in one of the following disciplines:
    • Building Services Engineering
    • Electrical Engineering
    • Energy and Building Services Engineering
    • Engineering & Architectural Design
  • Less than 12 months of relevant experience (excluding placements).
  • Eligible for security clearance – normally requires UK British nationality or residency in the UK for five years or more.
  • Demonstrated strengths in:
    • Initiative and independent task completion.
    • Effective communication with clients and colleagues.
    • High-quality written work with strong attention to detail.
    • Structured and analytical problem-solving approach.

Flexible working arrangements available – please discuss your needs during the interview stage. Currently no sponsorship is offered for Skilled Worker or Graduate visa routes; eligibility for alternative UK immigration routes that do not require sponsorship is required.
