The successful candidate will provide legal advice on a wide range of matters, primarily focusing on the infrastructure consultancy business. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction documentation (consultancy agreements, framework agreements, collateral warranties), identifying governance departures, and advising on litigation and insurance matters. The role supports the Regional General Counsel for Europe and the UK (EUNA).
Eligibility: Applicants must be England and Wales qualified solicitors (qualification in other common law jurisdictions considered) with extensive years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE). Candidates should possess significant practical experience in UK and international transactional construction matters, gained either in private practice or in-house. Strong drafting, communication, and negotiation skills are essential.
